Want an update on your order?

You can track your order HERE or directly at the courier's website.

Because we work with numerous amazing partners located around the world, shipping and handling times can vary. However, below is the general time it can take for you to receive your order.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders can generally take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive. If you have any questions or any issues with your order please do not hesitate to contact us here.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you specify any additional information needed (e.g., model, color, etc.) as we are unable modify your orders once placed.  Please note, modifications and/or cancellations cannot be made once the order has been placed.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and be shipped the next day business day after processing.

All orders are handled and shipped directly from warehouse in China. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak sale seasons.

What if I need to modify my order or cancel it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
